Data Deletion Instructions

FlowSync respects your privacy and gives users full control over their personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your FlowSync account and any Facebook or Instagram data connected through Meta.

Request deletion

If you would like your data deleted, email info@flow-sync.co.uk with:

• Your full name
• The email address used for your FlowSync account
• Subject line: Data Deletion Request

We will verify your identity before processing the request.

What we delete

Upon a verified request, FlowSync will permanently delete:

• Your FlowSync account
• Connected Facebook and Instagram account links
• Stored Meta access tokens
• Customer and business data associated with your account
• Scheduled social media content and analytics linked to your account

Processing time

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by UK law (for example, financial or legal compliance records).
